Badminton , another popular sport, is played by some members on Saturdays who are not inclined towards the Volleyball and other activities on this particular day.

Cycling

Cycling

Cycling for cross fitness by many runners is taken up on Thursdays for 20 Kilometers and above. Starting point is Rajpath Club. Many members who have difficulty in running do cycling on regular basis as per their convenience.

Running

Running

The preferred activity for keeping the heart and legs strong is done on Tuesday,Thursday and Sunday. Generally the run starts from Rajpath Club exit gate at 6 am and ends here itself after completing 5,10,15 and 21 Kilometers as per the schedule.

Beginners are always encouraged to take up the running through short distance run-jog activity. The conversion ratio in the process has been extremely high.

Swimming

Swimming, a complete exercise in itself , is an activity which is done regularly on Thursdays by some members.

Volleyball

Volleyball

Volleyball, a very popular sport, among the group members is regularly played on Saturdays of the weeks by making different teams. Many new members learn this sport through regular encouragement.

Yoga

Yoga

Yoga is a very regular activity and is often done on all the activity days by interested members. We also organise the mass yoga events by calling expert Yoga Teachers occasionally.
